A tool to discover all dataset in Open Targets platform and return the result as a Python object which is mainly for #29 but could be useful by itself for the community as well.

According to the Open Targets documentation, FTP server remains the most complete place for all versions of Open Targets data so a FTP client utility that conveniently traverses the directory would be helpful.
