The bioclipse.xws4j / externals / net.sf.xws4j is missing the Eclipse .project file (and .settings)

I do not think the .settings/ folder should be part of the git repos... it's system dependent.

Ideally it should be a pom.xml. But at least an Eclipse .project file should be provided.
