Create a checklist of tasks that need to be done by hosts each year. The checklist will be hard-coded but we should allow host to add to the list by contacting developers if they feel that an item is necessary.
The checklist will be ordered in a suggested chronological order but hosts should be able to edit any item at any time.
Each checklist item should have:
An assigned user as lead
A status (TODO, Canceled, In Progress, Done)
A start and end date
A description that should describe how the task was accomplished
A budget (if applicable)
A comments section
A review section that summaries how well the task went

Decide on dates for the conference
Design a poster
Print posters
Find venues
Plan meals
Add info to the front-page
Open pre-registration
Open registration
Close registration
Call out to housing providers
Send posters to organizations
Assign housing to guests
Check in attendees
Make the workshop schedule
