Hi,
I noticed that your model can identify Gene isoforms as expression-based biomarkers. Can these biomarkers predict the sensitivity of drugs to gene expression profiles?

OK,I have sequenced a patient's tumor RNA, and I am confused whether it is possible to calculate the response of various drugs「such as IC50」 to the sample through your model and biomarkers.

Hi,

Based on the univariate associations disclosed in our paper, you can rank the patients based on gene isoforms identified as predictive for a given drug response. We used the area above the drug response curves for our biomarker discovery, not the IC50
