I have a lot of fb2 books, and my kindle touch lags a little after reset/usb (i believe he is checking all the dirs and books for new ones). If i move my col reader books to other dir it's ok, but CoolReader can only see books in /documents . It would be good feature to make the default books dir stated in the config file, son you can change it.
