What do you mean with "then add the configuration to enable the notifreeze module."
I have installed with hacs but i get the message "No card type configured"

it's not a card. Is an app.

It means that you have to go to /config/appdaemon/apps the open apps.yaml file and put the config here (based on your needs).

After place the info on the apps.yaml where do i founf that its working?
Do i get the app somewhere?

have you read the README?

The app will send you notification on the notify service you prefer.
