Add scale labels, sale units, and categories. Added fields are sent to Bizerba scales.

- If 'Automatically write suggested price' is enabled in the configuration: when purchase price is changed in the 'Edit Price' menu, the sales price is now automatically updated to the suggested price. (#320)
