notesDelete does not delete files

Entering the following command does not delete my text file.

Reason for disagreement: 1. I manually created a text file labelled TestTwo

2. I ran the command 'notesDelete loc/NUSProductivityTest name/TestTwo.txt pt/abs'
   No error message pops up, and my command remains in the command box after entering.
   Then refreshed my NUSProductivityTest folder. But the text file remains in the folder.

2.1. Once again, I tried 'notesDelete loc/ name/TestTwo.txt pt/abs' as well since the tab says I am already in the folder. But this doesnt work either.

2.2 I tried with 'notesDelete loc/Desktop\NUSProductivityTest name/TestTwo.txt pt/abs' as well. Similarly, no error command pops up and the command remains in the command box.
