BBBW is not turned on #16

hi
we produced BBBW using beaglebone black wireless gerber files, so it calls, as it is.

However, any of board's LED does not turn on... ;(

When I check the voltage of the power pins of OSD3358,
most of points shows almost abnormal voltage compared to normal board

In particular, the value of PGOOD is low.

The VDD_5V values are normal except connection part with TPS65217C
( This part cannot be confirmed because it is inside of the chip[osd3358].).

Is this connection problem between VDD_5V and TPS65217C in OSD3358?
Or is there anything else I can check?
