SFMS: Visualize BUI Layer

Describe the task
Add Daily Buildup Index (BUI) raster to PSU Insights map: https://psu.nrs.gov.bc.ca/insights

Acceptance Criteria

• Add basic Date Picker to select which BUI raster is displayed
• Add Legend - breaks and color values under Additional Context
• Add Toggle for selecting what layer displays on the map

Additional context

• UX Research: Fast Forward + Playback for viewing a time series and review class breaks for colour blind accessibility.
• Consider PMTiles?
• Classes + Colour Values for BUI:
• The intervals can be closed on the left and open on the right. The highest value (?) should be included in the last class. The following image is an example from WildfireOne.
