Describe the task
Gwells has several cronjobs that have associated deployment config yaml files.

Document cronjobs

Prod:

export
export-databc
gwells-documents-production-backup
gwells-pg12-production-nfs-backup
licences

Test:

demand
export
export-databc
gwells-documents-staging-backup
gwells-pg12-staging-nfs-backup
licences

Update the deployment configs to deployments.

Purpose
We want to mirror the gwells cronjobs in nr-gwells. To maintain backing up data and exporting.

Acceptance Criteria

cronjobs run successfully in Test
cronjobs run successfully in Prod

Additional context

Likely need to break this ticket up more when the time comes
