I've added the announcement/link to the GWELLS loading/well search page using "add a survey" under "admin". However, I am not able to remove the old one (the announcement about BCeID user). If adding a remove/delete function for me is not too much work, I would like to have it. Otherwise, I can ask for help if needed as we don't use this function that often (maximum a couple of times a year maybe)
