Contacts list is out of order

Description of problem

Contacts list are not listed from most recent to least recent. Note that this was an old issue and seems to have resurfaced.

Expected behavior

Contacts in the Contacts list should be listed from most recent to least recent. When a new message/request/offer is sent, that should reorder the Contacts.

Steps to reproduce

• Make connections over a few days and check the contacts are ordered properly
• Open an old contact and type a message, then check if the contact was updated as the most recent contact (top most contact).
