It seems to be impossible to contact bc.game in this trivial but very important technical matter so I will keep attempting to do it this way since I dont have time to explain to your online support how lightning works, that no such thing as "bitcoin support" exists and that bc.game indeed 100% operates this LN node..

Edit. I was wrong about bc.game having closed port. You just advertise wrong IP. Pls update externalip= in your lnd.conf so you don't gossip wrong / old IP to the network. In the meantime if anyone needs to know current IP of bc.game to recover funds by SCB, contact me.
