Create the browse & select drinks experience for catalog creation #196

The ability to browse drinks is core to the app:

Browsing all drinks for reference
Browsing drinks to add to catalog
Browsing drinks to add to menu
Customers browsing drinks in bartender's session menus

These will likely have slightly different UIs, but the core functionality will be similar, so that should be kept in mind during implementation.
