Improve background animation

Add labels if possible

We want to use input slider with labels for each step (value) in the slider.

If the steps between the beginning and the end are not clear we should be able to describe each step. Like in the proposed design:

Use Case

Currently there is no possibility to add labels, just the steps(ticks) without the description. There should be a prop which we can use to add a list of values which should be used as steps
