Same container and flashing script should be used for all boards #116

Currently there are two containers and flashing scripts used:

One for the Orin NX NVME, which uses a script for booting the flasher image
One for the rest of the devices which are provisioned with jetson-flash

A single script should be triggered from a single container image, and, depending on the device being provisioned, perform the appropriate steps.
