versioning is semver but typelib versions are not named accordingly

example:
tag release: v0.2.0
so download link would be https://github.com/balena-io/balena-fin-sdk/releases/download/v0.2.0/balena-fin-sdk-v0.2.0.tar.gz
but extracted artifact will be Fin-0.2.typelib giving an hard time builds requiring the SDK
