Consistent commas/dots in token inputs #234

The user can type both comma or dot as decimal separator. But we should try to make it consistent in the other inputs in the page.

Example:
https://test.balancer.fi/pools/sepolia/v3/0xa8c18ce5e987d7d82ccaccb93223e9bb5df4a3c0/swap

I entered 0.01 ETH and the calculated BAL is displayed with comma.
