Let's add name of customer to the CSV export rather than just Guid

A lot of customers keep request one of data pulls since the name of customers is not included in the CSV query.

+1. It's not technically necessary, but a lot of people getting the CSVs aren't technical enough to, or don't want to, make API calls to get the information off of the Customer resource.

We would have to distinguish between the names attached to the Customer and BankAccount -- do we include both?
