We are not comfortable with encouraging people to input sensitive financial information into an iframe. We now don't require any specific kind of form, and it'll stay that way.

@steveklabnik this issue was to open source the design (html, css) of our
poundpay iframe so a marketplace could implement it themselves, while still
using balanced.js. We may want to reconsider closing this issue.
