Potentially misleading naming of stakercli unbond operation

In POS world, unbonding is an operation by the end of which staked funds have returned to their originating party.

As an external user, I'd expect that by running stakercli unbond this condition would be fulfilled; however, that's not the case. After the unbonding transaction is confirmed, I'll need to run stakercli unstake to release the funds to my account.

Should we consider renaming the unbond operation to something else on the CLI, that doesn't imply fund return?
