Can send emails with node SES

Hi, I have the problem that the mail will not be sent.

What client should I use for ses? v1 or client-sesv2?

I am seeing this error:
ConnectionRefused: Unable to connect. Is the computer able to access the url?

path: "http://email.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/"

But this error does happen on all PCs and also on remote servers where my dockerized app is running
