It seems that the changes between 1.23.1 and 1.23.5 were primarily related to service client updates rather than changes to the core SDK package. For a closer look at the changes made during this period, you can explore the commit history using the GitHub Compare tool. This will provide a comprehensive overview of all the changes including all the releases encompassed between those tags and those will have all the relevant release notes.
