Describe the issue

If aws-sdk-go-v2 is the new present and future, it might be time to unpin aws-sdk-go from the GitHub home page of AWS and pin aws-sdk-go-v2 instead.

Thanks for reaching out. I engaged some folks internally that own this and it looks like that pinned list was generally out-of-date. It's been updated with their desired list, although that doesn't include the v2 SDK, regardless, v1 has been unpinned.
