I think the following is correct.

$ cd go-example-telemetry-api-extension
$ GOOS=linux GOARCH=amd64 go build -o bin/extensions/go-example-telemetry-api-extension main.go
$ chmod +x bin/extensions/go-example-telemetry-api-extension
