Description

As per the CX request, They have asked for a feature which will auto identify the dependent resources and deploy them first without using the "DependsOn" feature. For example, if CX is creating an ECS service which is based on ELB then stack should automatically detect and should generate the ELB first and then the ECS service. So that it will decrease the manual efforts of adding "DependsOn".
