fix(amplify-xode): updated to support Xcode 16

Description of changes

The ampliy-xcode binary has been updated to support Xcode 16.

Before

Updating Xcode project:

Ran the command locally against Xcode 16 and it succeeded

./amplify-xcode import-models --path .
-- Amplify models folder found at ***/models
-- Successfully added models ["AmplifyModels.swift", "Todo+Schema.swift", "Todo.swift"] to 'AmplifyModels' group.
