Add Source Code & Licenses to almost all Software #521

This PR will adjust the format further and add missing information, such as source code and licenses. Since this has already taken nearly a whole day and for the sake of clarity (and because I forgot to write down the projects at the beginning), no projects will be removed with this PR, even if they are already unmaintained.

A review of the PR would be highly valued. Despite my best efforts, I'm not entirely certain that I haven't accidentally overlooked something.

I skipped certain software either because it was entirely unmaintained (like OSIAM), I couldn't locate the source code or licenses, or I was unsure about which version of the software to use (with Wireshark and OMD serving as good examples).

I did a quick check of all the changes and it looks good to me.

This is fine. The next github actions workflow run https://github.com/awesome-foss/awesome-sysadmin/actions should tell us if there are still entries with incorrect formatting.
