Documentation says "Edit Coin.sol" when "Coin.sol" doesn't exist. #30

Both the README here and the HardHat documentation on the Avalanche Docs say to edit a file called Coin.sol. I noticed that master has no file called this, neither does any of the tags. I assumed you meant the ExampleERC20.sol file, but a less attentive user may miss this.
