What do you tell us?

There are some reasons.

  • Python 3.7.x is already end of life (ref)
  • Latest stable Sphinx is not supported Python 3.7.x
  • Use Python 3.11 for local workspace and GitHub Actions.
  • Optional deps "demo" depends on atsphinx-mini18n, but this is not supported Python 3.7
