To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. First I Was on https://docs.atsign.com/tutorials/dess/gcp/4-prep-network-access/ page
2. Then I tried to open the hyperlink at the middle of the page.
3. But it was in text format. So I couldnt open it

Expected behavior
It should be in hyperlink format and not as a text
