Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently manually (and sporadically) copying certs (vip.ve.atsign.zone) from at_server repo when they have been refreshed

Should be automated - reuse approach in https://github.com/atsign-foundation/at_client_sdk/blob/trunk/.github/workflows/refreshcerts.yaml
