Ban Appeals

• Switch away from using the ban appeal website — it's already been removed from this version of Hawky
• Ban appeal form will be filled out on Discord in the form of a modal
  • Modal will be created by clicking a button below the #what-do-i-do embed
  • Button will only work if the user is banned from the Avatar server
• Once an appeal is submitted, it will be stored in the database. A user can only submit one appeal.
  • Account for cases where a user is banned, unbanned, and then rebanned
• Upon submission of the appeal form, one of the following will happen:
  • User doesn't already have an open thread:
    • A new thread will be opened with the contents of the appeal posted first and then pinned
  • User has a thread open:
    • Post appeal in open thread and pin
  • User has thread open but it's suspended:
    • Appeal button won't work. The user will be told that their thread is suspended
  • User is blocked
    • Appeal button won't work. The user will be told that they are blocked from using Hawky
