positioning of GUI Elements in the WebACS GUi editor is buggy and in some cases results in completely messed up Window positions which can't be corrected.
Especially if the width of the ARE Window is small and a big GUI element (like an oscilloscope) is added, very strange behaviour occurs because of the constraints should fit the GUI window must inside the ARE window.
Obviously these constraints are implemented incorrectly.
I think we should completely remove them - this will prevent frustration and leaves it up to the user where to position the GUI elements.
