Hello!

I noticed that when I added some scripts to the flowcraft/templates directory, they were not included in my pipeline template folder.

I have to add scripts by going in build/lib/flowcraft/templates folder.

The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:

Added a line to consider flowcraft/templates as a package to update in setup.py, w.r.t issue assemblerflow#229 .
