Generating Pick and Place CPL File for PCB

Instead of manually soldering / reflowing the Arduino Mega Shield, we are hoping to get the manufacturer to assemble the parts. However, we need to generate a pick and place CPL file for each of the components, which seems to require the original CAD.

Would it be possible to upload a CPL file (see below example), or the original PCB CAD in the DriverBoards/ArduinoMega64/driver board repository?
