move = inside parentheses out of parentheses

I don't know how to write the regex for this:

• f(n =) becomes f(n) =
• f\left(n = \right) becomes f\left(n\right) =
• T\left[\left(n + 1 = \right)\right] becomes T\left[\left(n + 1 \right)\right] =

I want this to be triggered in the math mode when i type '=' (cursor is at equal to sign), the cursor should also go out of the = sign
Also, I dont want the snippet to run when the letter before the first parenthesis is P (because probability, random variables)S
i use mix of '(' and '\left(...\right)'
