Is there a publication associated with this work? Could a link to it please be added to the repo?
If not, what is the difference between pan-MeV and the pan-MeV smart schemas?

Hi @anapenedos, there doesn't appear to be a publication specific to this scheme, but it was generated using primal scheme (https://primalscheme.com/), which has a general publication associated with it:

Quick J et al. Multiplex PCR method for MinION and Illumina sequencing of Zika
and other virus genomes directly from clinical samples. Nat Protoc. 2017 Jun;12(6):1261-1276.

I'm not sure what the difference between the two schemes are, perhaps @joshquick would be able to explain?

pan-MeV is the multiplex PCR panel and SMART was an experimental RT primer panel.
