theme toggle or selection slashcommand

I often find myself on newer UIB pages that are not compatible with the polaris dark mode theme (e.g. white text on white background) and need to switch to default theme while on these pages. (good example is the newer Clone Admin Console)

It would be handy to have a slashcommand that can switch themes or bring up a list of themes that can be instantly switched to instead of having to go through the preferences menu every time. I did attempt to write my own but didn't get very far
