Hyperlinkify incident numbers in work notes field? [Feature request]

Hi! I was wondering, would it be possible to make SN-Utils to find and recognize incident numbers that are written in the work notes / customer comments as a text and hyperlinkify them automatically?

Let's say, there's an incident that has a number:
INC0123456789

Then, someone writes on another incident work notes "This issue is similar to the issue that has been handled in INC0123456789". If that would be in a hyperlink form, it would be easy just to click it and move to another incident (or open another tab) to see what that incident is about. Now I'll have to search that incident through global search, which is quite arduous if you'll have to do that many times per day. It's very common in everyday work to make cross-references to another incidents in work notes. If they would be hyperlinks that would take you to the incidents they are referring to, it would speed up work and make it more easier.
