When ha-bridge closes I lose all data

I'm starting it using the following command in a .bat file:

java -Xms32m -Xmx128m -jar C:\amazon-echo-ha-bridge\ha-bridge-3.5.1.jar --upnp.config.address=192.168.1.2 --server.port=8080

Everything works fine, except when ha-bridge closes, none of the devices are saved, even when I try to back them up. First I had an error that the data directory didn't exist, so I created it, and now when I try to backup, nothing is in the data folder.

I'm seeing this issue too. All config is gone when I restart...
Any luck with figuring out why??
