Unable to compile Armorpaint in Linux Mint

I'm getting error while trying to compile the armorpaint. I'm following the instructions to compile in here, didn't work at all.

The following the error that appears in the terminal.

I've tried the branch 23.08 as mentioned by some people, but they are using windows and that solution also returned an error.

branch 23.08 mentioned by think-about-3 and I've followed this instructions.

I did it differently: I shortened my instructions quite a bit. I removed the sections for Arch-Linux and Fedora and also threw out a few things here for Ubuntu. I'm sorry about that. This guide worked fine in my Ubuntu. The slightly modified guide worked in Fedora.

How did you solve it?
I've follow this guide and install the following library:

sudo apt install libstdc++-12-dev

Now it seems to work:
