Armorpaint fails to build; LNK2001 errors.

Issue description:
Attempting to build Armorpaint causes the following errors:

• AMD RX6650 XT
• Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Current
• Version 17.9.6

A simple workaround would be just using the branch https://github.com/shiena/armortools/tree/feature/update-ja-locale linked to the recently closed PR that updated some locale files #1707.
This working (somewhat, it still errors out at runtime) is probably an indication that one or both of the commits 8a9aa1c and d2eb902 are to blame.
