Feature request: enlarge number of RF remotes to 12 or make setting configurable

In some use cases (ie. control a 2nd DemandFlow with 12 valve plenum via RF instead of Virtual Remote) the number of RF remotes is limited to 10.

Requested feature:
Make this a setting so that the number of RF remotes can also be configured just like the Virtual Remotes (preferred) or enlarge the default value to 12.
