We anticipate revolutionizing workflows related to labels in the current version (v1.0.0-canary.29).

Note

• This is to align the project with the Conventional Commits 1.0.0 standard, and all commit messages will be subjected to mandatory compliance checks.
• All changes will take effect in the next Canary release (v1.0.0-canary.30).

We are also planning to include benchmark testing, git hooks, artifact attestations, LanguageTool, CHANGELOG.md, and Makefile in the current version (v1.0.0-canary.29).

We are planning to transfer this repository to the @arghena organization. The old path will automatically redirect to the new one, but we still need to update some related items.
