Troubleshooting Error

Hi,

I'm designing a tiled pcr for RSV A and RSV B with PrimalScheme. I've encountered the following error every time I attempt to design a scheme for A. Primal runs up until about 50-85% then crashes as illustrated. What can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks for any advice you can provide.
