No overlap promt #24

Hi, could you provide a little more info? The CLI version doesn't prompt, but it does have an option (-t, or --target-overlap). So for example, if you wanted to target a 100bp overlap you can do: Have you tried this? If you're referring to the web version, that option is not currently available. The default behaviour is to target the smallest possible overlap. If you'd like to see this option exposed on the web interface, I'll log it as a feature request. |
Sounds good Andy! I was referring to the web version, because I remember it used to have a prompt for that in the past. Thanks for help!
