Selectivity List display issue

When I am running my project for the first time the selectvity list is unable to load ,but after refreshing the page the selectivity list is displayed .When i checked the console for error it displayed an error like this 'find(...).selectivity is not a function'. Angular 1 is used for devoloping the code .

Department Head is my selectivity.

Please kindly help me to fix this issue .
