Arduino MKR NB 1500 cannot connect to GSM network from Arduino create device manager #51

I try to add a a mkr nb 1500 as new device using the online tool Arduino create device manager. After filling in the APN and SIM pin code, a few minutes later it gives the error message: “We couldn't connect to the GSM network.”

Any one can help me?
